Why it matters

The one thing most of us overlook

We pour so much attention into diet, exercise and supplements, and almost none into the thing we're mostly made of. Your body is about 60% water by weight, and closer to 99% water at the molecular level. It's how nutrients move, how toxins leave, how your cells actually work.

So a fair question is: if water is doing that much, does the kind of water you drink matter? Liz believes it does, and this page walks through why, in plain language, so you can decide for yourself.

Most of us were never taught to question our water. It's the easiest healthy change to overlook, and maybe the easiest one to make.

The basics

What actually makes this water different

Liz filling a bottle from the electrolyzed reduced water system

Most of us were never taught to question our water. Bottled, filtered, alkaline and hydrogen water each do a little, but electrolyzed reduced water (ERW) is its own thing.

A continuous-electrolysis system turns your tap water into several functional waters, right on your counter.

Electrolyzed reduced water

The machine sits on your counter or under your sink and transforms your tap water into several different types of water for drinking, cleaning, and more.

Made in Japan, proven for decades

This technology has been used in homes and by professionals in Japan for over 50 years. It's just newer to a lot of us here.

Not a filter you replace constantly

It's a real system built to last for years, with simple, occasional maintenance rather than a monthly cartridge habit.

You're ahead of the curve

This is a fast-growing category. Choosing it now means you're early, not late.

The science, simply

What's actually going on

You don't need a chemistry degree. Three ideas do most of the explaining:

🧩

Molecular hydrogen (H₂)

The smallest molecule there is. ERW is rich in it, and it's studied as an antioxidant, something that helps neutralize the "free radicals" tied to everyday oxidative stress.

Voltage (ORP)

Water can either give your body energy or quietly take it. A simple meter (ORP) shows it. Most water reads positive; ERW reads strongly negative, meaning a surplus of electrons to give.

💧

Real absorption

A Nobel Prize–winning discovery showed water enters our cells through tiny channels called aquaporins. Water your body can actually absorb is the whole point of hydration.

In short: ERW is hydrogen-rich, carries a negative charge, and is easy for the body to absorb. That's the difference in one sentence.

What people notice

Why it can feel like plugging back in

Here's a way to picture it: your body runs on electricity, like a battery. When you're under-hydrated at the cellular level, it's a bit like living at 1% charge, dragging, foggy, wired but tired. Water that your body can actually use helps it run closer to a full charge.

Everyone is different and Liz makes no promises, but these are the shifts people mention again and again after switching their water:

Steadier energyLess of the 3 p.m. crash, more even through the day.
🧠A clearer headPeople often describe brain fog lifting and sharper focus.
😴Deeper sleepFalling asleep easier and waking up feeling more rested.
🌿Feeling less puffyMany say they feel less bloated and inflamed day to day.
💫Real hydrationWater that finally feels like it's absorbing, not just passing through.
Digestion & skinBetter regularity and skin that looks more hydrated are common notes.

These are common personal experiences people share, not medical claims or guarantees. Electrolyzed reduced water is not a treatment for any condition, and results vary from person to person.

Is all water the same?

You can measure water three ways: its pH, its ORP (does it give or take energy), and whether it carries molecular hydrogen (H₂). Here's how the common options compare.

WaterpHORP (mV)H₂?
Tap water6.5+250No
Bottled water6.0+300No
Brita filter6.2+200No
Distilled5.8+300No
Reverse osmosis6.0+400No
Electrolyzed reduced water8.5+−600Yes

Reverse osmosis and distilled are great at stripping out contaminants, but they also strip the minerals, sit acidic, and read a positive ORP. ERW is the outlier on all three measures. (Values are typical references, not a lab guarantee.)

This isn't new

The world's "healing waters"

For centuries, people made pilgrimages to a handful of springs famous for how they made people feel. When scientists finally tested them, they kept finding the same things: a high presence of molecular hydrogen and a negative charge, the very qualities ERW recreates.

Lourdes · France

The famous spring

Millions have visited for generations. Testing shows the water is unusually rich in molecular hydrogen gas.

Hunza Valley · Pakistan

The long-life valley

Known for its glacier water, high alkaline pH, a strong negative charge, and a high mineral content.

Nordenau · Germany  ·  Tlacote · Mexico

The "miracle" waters

Remote springs people traveled to for their water, later found to share the same hydrogen-rich signature.

Okinawa · Japan

A prevention-first culture

After the war, Japan leaned into a prevention-focused health model and pioneered electrolyzed-water technology, which is how ERW exists today.

Don't take our word for it

There's real research to explore

Electrolyzed reduced water and molecular hydrogen aren't fringe curiosities. There's a large and growing body of published, peer-reviewed research, and the technology has been recognized and used across Japan, Korea and China since the 1990s.

1,000+peer-reviewed papers on molecular hydrogen
1990sin clinical use across Asia
Nobelprize-winning aquaporin discovery

The best thing you can do is look for yourself. Search "electrolyzed reduced water" and "molecular hydrogen" on PubMed or the Molecular Hydrogen Institute and read the studies yourself.

Why she's so passionate about this

Elizabeth Morgan

Elizabeth Morgan

Liz spent years paying attention to what she and her family were putting in their bodies, and water was the one thing almost nobody was talking about. Once she changed hers, she couldn't unlearn it.

She's not here to convince anyone of anything. She just shares what she's learned and what's worked for her, and lets people decide for themselves.

Straight answers

Frequently asked questions

Is this hard to install?
Not at all. It connects at your kitchen faucet or under the sink, and most people are up and running the same day. Liz will walk you through exactly what your setup would look like.
What does it cost, and is there financing?
It's a real investment in a system built to last for years, and yes, there are financing options that make it very manageable month to month. On a booking call, Liz can lay out the numbers plainly so there are no surprises, including how it compares to years of buying bottled or filtered water.
How much maintenance is there?
Very little. There's a simple cleaning routine and an occasional filter change, and the machine tells you when it's time. Liz will show you the whole routine so you know exactly what you're signing up for.
Is it right for my household?
It's a great fit for most homes and families, and honestly not the right fit for everyone. That's exactly what a short Water Conversation is for. Liz will help you figure out whether it makes sense for you, with zero pressure either way.
Do I have to buy through Liz?
You don't have to do anything. But if you do decide to get one, buying with Liz means you get a real person who's used it for years to help you choose the right machine, get set up, and answer questions long after.
Can I make health claims about it?
Liz shares her own personal experience and general education about water. She doesn't make medical claims or promise specific health outcomes, and she'll always keep it honest with you.
